General Terms and Conditions

Description of Service Levels: (We will track your shipment and notify you of the progress)

Threshold:	Lift Gate, 2-man team for items over 150lbs. Items will be placed in the closest dry area (porch, garage or inside closest door or dwelling)
Room of Choice:	Lift gate, 2-man team, items placed in room of choice, up to 2 flights of stairs, up to 30 minutes of delivery time.
White Glove:	Lift gate, 2-man team, items placed in room of choice, up to 2 flights of stairs, unpacking & removing carton/packaging, light assembly with hand tools, up to 30 minutes for delivery/ assembly time. (There may be an extra charge for deliveries over 30 minutes) WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY DOES NOT INCLUDE INSTALLING NAILS OR HARDWARE ON WALLS, OR HANGING WALL MIRRORS.

Standard Delivery Hours: Monday – Friday, 7am to 7pm / Standard Delivery Window: 4-hour window

REPORTING DAMAGE:
1) Shortages and visible damage to the carton or product must be noted by the consignee on the delivery receipt.
2) White Glove deliveries: damage must be noted by the consignee at the time of delivery on the White Glove check list..
3) Room of Choice or Threshold deliveries: Record any package damage on BOL to qualify for a claim. Product Damage found after the delivery must be reported within 72 business hours from the date and time of delivery.
Customers will be liable for loss or damage if not noted or reported as outlined above.

Below are some examples where extra resources and fees may apply.

Locations with unusual delivery circumstances such as tight maneuvering spaces, narrow or low doorways, winding staircases, etc. If site has unusual circumstances or conditions, please let us know so we can estimate and serve you better.
Locations that are over 200 miles from the agent location.
Shipments with 4 or more units that require assembly.
Units that require extensive assembly or require power tools for assembly.

Single units over 250 lbs or more- A standard 2-man delivery team may not be able to safely bring the item into the delivery location. Some situations may require extra men and time, others may need to be handed off to a moving company partner to complete the delivery. Additional charges vary widely depending on specifics of the situation. If the customer is purchasing a heavier unit, we may provide a quote so he/she knows if there is any extra cost prior to placing the order.
Single units that are 401 lbs or more will require a quote with specific delivery requirements (stairs, elevators, etc.)
